This Return Policy outlines your rights regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with EU consumer protection laws (including Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented in Sweden through the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, distans- och hemförsäljningslagen, 2005:59) and, where relevant, the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen, 1990:932).

3. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

3.1 Your Rights

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day:

  • On which you acquire physical possession of the goods, or
  • On which a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods

3.2 How to Exercise Your Right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3.4 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Sealed Goods)

Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (as implemented in Swedish law), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if those goods have been unsealed after delivery. For dietary supplements and similar products supplied in sealed packaging, opening the seal or using the product beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods may therefore exclude the statutory withdrawal right.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

4.1 Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than:

  • 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4.2 Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

4.3 Return Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

4.4 Condition of Goods

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

5. Commercial Return Conditions and Voluntary Extended Period

The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts is 14 days as described in Section 3, provided the goods are still within the scope of that right (see Section 3.4 regarding sealed goods).

Separately, where we offer a goodwill or commercial return window, we may accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery under the conditions below. This extended period does not replace or extend your EU statutory withdrawal rights beyond what the law allows; it is an additional service where stated.

5.1 Eligible Returns (Goodwill / Commercial Policy)

To be eligible under our 30-day commercial return policy, products must be:

  • Unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery and in accordance with any instructions we provide

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or unsealed products (including where the statutory withdrawal right has been lost under Section 3.4)
  • Products with broken safety seals
  • Products that have been partially consumed

6. Damaged or Defective Products

6.1 Damaged During Shipping

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6.2 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report any defects.

7. Legal Guarantee (Non-Conforming Goods)

In addition to your right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under EU and Swedish law. If the goods do not conform to the contract at the time risk passes to you, you may—under the conditions and time limits set out in applicable law—be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract and refund.

Swedish consumers are covered by the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen), which generally provides a three-year period within which you may notify us of a lack of conformity for goods purchased primarily for private use, subject to the rules of that Act (including that you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect). EU harmonised rules may also apply depending on the date of purchase and the type of goods. If you believe a product is defective, contact us promptly at the details in Section 11.

8. Refund Process

8.1 Processing Time

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
  2. You will receive an email notification of approval or rejection
  3. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
  4. The refund will be credited to your original payment method

8.2 Refund Timing

Please note that bank processing times vary. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we process the refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

10.1 Before Shipping
